Characters with this attribute are vulnerable to certain conditions and suffer an unpleasant side effect when exposed to them.
The default behaviour of this attribute is to suffer loss of strenght, health, speed, flight and random power malfunctions in the presence of a rare alien mineral.
Target Type: The type of object the character is vulnerable to. This is actually the name of a Python fucntion, and so can be extended by modders for their own use.
Effect: The effect that the objects have on the character when exposed. Another Python function.
Character FX: An optional FX played on the character when they're experiencing the side effects of their dependency.
Object FX: Optional FX to play on contributing objects while the vulnerability is active.
